Shipping Policy
Processing Time All Aroha Studio products are made to order with love. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Shipping — Australia
- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Express shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (rates calculated at checkout)
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
Shipping — New Zealand
- Standard shipping: $19.85 AUD — estimated 7–14 business days after dispatch
- Express shipping: $36.70 AUD — estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch
All orders are shipped in a protective tube (153g). Each metre of wrapping paper adds approximately 46g, so a single 1m roll ships at around 200g — well within our 500g international limit. Most standard orders will qualify without any issues!

Packaging Your order will arrive carefully packaged in a protective tube to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
Delays During peak periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), production and delivery times may be extended. We'll always communicate any delays promptly.
