Made to Order All Aroha Studio products are made to order and personalised especially for you. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you.
Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right straight away. We'll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds & Store Credit Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Store credit will be issued as a discount code valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
